and the difference between the two is a thin line you can easily find yourself on the wrong side of! I knew a business coach who considered himself so beneficial to his audience that he started to harrass them into referring him, ran courses no-one wanted to attend and eroded trust by designing situations around his own self serving needs. It became so offensive that I had to say something. The moment the A word was gently mentioned - he shut me down and we've remained distant ever since. It became obvious to me that its something he has some level of awareness of yet probably knows he cannot fix?? So how, especially as you grow and become busier, handling continual growing demand for the things you do, can you stay grounded with the wants and needs of the people you serve, on the top of your priority list?
