📌 START HERE — Welcome to Break the Repeat
I'm really glad you're here.
Here's how to get started:
🌱 1. Complete the quick onboarding
Head to the Start Here Onboarding in the Classroom and begin with “A Message from Sofia.” It'll show you how Break the Repeat and the community work.
💬 2. Tell us what you're working on
Come back here and introduce yourself in the comments.
Tell us:
- Your name and where you're joining from
- The goal you want to move forward
- The progress you'd like to see three months from now
✅ 3. Make your first commitment
In the same comment, tell us one thing you'll commit to doing this week to move your goal forward.
Finish your comment with the word 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗗.
Then go do the thing you committed to and pay attention to what happens.
That's it. You've started.
Let's get that goal moving.
