As a Real Estate Investor, you have a hard road ahead of balancing cash flow with opportunity. You DESERVE to have accurate and timely accounting regardless of your experience with Quickbooks, double entry accounting and tax regulations. You DESERVE to have confidence in your numbers and be able to talk confidently with your banker about your actual performance, not just your planned performance.
I wanted to offer a supportive, informative space where you could GSD when it comes to your accounting process. I see so many businesses regardless of how much revenue they bring in, with inadequate accounting procedures. They know their numbers are unreliable and do not know how to improve it - so they spend all of their time tracking down mistakes!
That is such a waste. So - in this community - I EXPECT you to engage in the process and stop abdicating responsibility for the process, BECAUSE you DESERVE Accurate and Reliable and MEANINGFUL numbers on which you can base your DECISIONS.
