counted my open tabs one night and felt genuinely insane
ciao raga 👋 did a dumb little experiment one night that kind of woke me up. i counted how many tabs and apps i had open just to run my accounts. it was eleven. the OF tab, a google sheet for fan notes, a second sheet for the chatter rota, whatsapp for the team, a notes app full of ppv scripts, a calendar, two more random ones i forgot why were even open. and heres the thing, the eleven tabs werent the real problem. the real problem was everything that fell into the cracks between them. id make a note about a fan mid-convo and it never made it into the sheet. id update the schedule and a chatter never saw it. money leaks in those gaps and you never even notice because no single tab is "wrong," the handoff between them just quietly fails. the upgrade that actually moved the needle for me wasnt a growth hack, it was boring, pulling chats, fans, the numbers and the team onto one screen so nothing has to survive a copy-paste between five tools. i ended up doing it through onlystack (im on their advanced plan, been free for me a while) but honestly even cutting from 11 tabs to 3 wouldve helped. real question for yall, how many tabs/apps are you actually running your accounts across right now? count them honestly lol

going from 1 account to 3 nearly broke me — and it wasn't the workload
ciao raga 👋 sharing one that humbled me early so maybe you skip the pain. everyone assumes going from 1 account to 3 means 3x the work. its not. its more like 10x, and i had no idea why until it was already on fire. with one account everything just works because YOU are the system — you remember the fans, you know whats scheduled, you catch the guy about to churn. its all informal and its fine. then i added a second account, then a third. suddenly im logging in and out of three different setups, keeping three separate piles of fan notes, switching my whole brain every time i jump accounts. and stuff started falling in the gaps BETWEEN accounts — a fan note id make on account 2 never existed for account 3, a tipper id remember on one i totally blanked on the other. revenue barely grew even though i was working way harder, because the accounts were quietly leaking everywhere at once. what fixed it wasnt grinding more. it was running every account the exact same way out of one place — fans, notes, numbers, team, all standardized so adding a 4th doesnt break anything. i ended up doing all of it through onlystack (im on their advanced plan, been free for me a while) but honestly the principle did more than the tool. for those of you running multiple accounts — whats the FIRST thing that broke when you scaled past one?

the day i admitted my memory was the problem, not my team
ciao raga 👋 took me way too long to figure this one out so sharing it. for like a year i thought my bottleneck was my chatters. not good enough, not fast enough, dropping convos. so i hired better, trained harder, wrote longer docs. barely moved the needle. then one account turned into three and the wheels came off completely. i was mixing up which fan tipped on which account, forgetting who liked what, ghosting guys i meant to follow up with. and one night it clicked. the chatters were fine. the problem was me. all the fan context lived in MY head, and a head doesnt scale past a couple hundred fans. the fix wasnt willpower. it was getting every fan detail out of my brain and into one spot the whole team can pull up before they open a convo - spend, likes, what to never send, who went quiet. i ended up running everything through onlystack (im on their advanced plan, been free for me a good while) but honestly even a clean shared doc beats trusting your memory. whats the thing that broke first for you going from 1 account to multiple? for me it was 100% fan memory.

41 people opened the ppv. nobody bought. heres what that actually means
ciao 👋 ive been managing accounts for about 3 years now and this one took me embarrassingly long to figure out. put out a $50 ppv a couple weeks back. 41 people opened it. nobody bought. my gut said "dead list, bad night, move on." but i sat with it. 41 opens means the hook WORKED, people were curious enough to click. the sale didnt die at the hook, it died at the buy. that points at price or caption, not the audience. flip it. if id sent that and almost nobody even opened it, totally different problem, that's a preview/teaser issue and the fix is the thumbnail, not the price. the thing that actually let me SEE this was splitting sent vs viewed vs bought as three separate stages. i use onlystack for it, im on their advanced plan and its been free for me a while now, and it shows me the viewed→bought drop per send. once you read it that way you stop guessing and start fixing the exact broken step. how do you guys read a flopped ppv, do you split opened vs bought or just look at what it made?
