We have three days of training and one day of play. They are as follows: TRAINING DAYS: Sundays at GSS in Gananoque: 10 am - 2 pm Wednesdays at Rideau Heights PS in Kingston: 6 pm - 8 pm Thursdays at TIES in Lansdowne: 6 pm - 8 pm Sundays at YKT 3x3 at KECC in Kingston: 5 pm - 7 pm
