Accessible on any device, this flexible, on-demand digital classroom helps athletes hone clear, authentic communication for media and social media interactions. Interviewing skills for podcasts, TV shows and mainstream media platforms can be overwhelming for athletes.
Your Voice. Your Power. Your Story.
In today’s world, athletes are expected to perform on the field and communicate off it—with cameras rolling, headlines forming, and opinions spreading. But for many young athletes, especially those from minority backgrounds, the media spotlight doesn’t always feel fair. Racism, bias, and coded language still show up in interviews, coverage, and public perception. This program exists to change that.
We go beyond just “what to say”—we address how race and perception can impact how athletes are framed, quoted, and judged. You’ll learn how to handle uncomfortable questions, challenge stereotypes, and speak from a place of strength and self-awareness.
