PA broker of record here. How do we feel about listing our own novations? Or should we have a different agent do it?
I have the novation signed with my wholesaling LLC ( not the brokerage LLC) with all of the wholesaling disclosures signed and initialed, as well as the authorization to list on the MLS. Are we going ahead and listing it in the MLS under our name as well?
Also, if anyone needs a novation/investor friendly broker, I do novation listings in Pittsburgh( West Penn MLS) and Philly ( Bright MLS).
