From the day I started, my journey had been amazing, alot has changed, my pains are gone, from 10 to 0.5 and that is when I mess up with my diet or my herbs. My body is stronger, my sleep is great, my eyes have improved, and my energy is increasing everyday. I started with Ms Taira, about 8 months ago weak, worried and in alot of pain. I thank GOD everyday for the platform, the community, Ms Tiara and her team. Her knowledge is excellent on the diet, medications and health in general. Great team

I’m so happy I found Tiara. Before joining the program I felt a little defeated and just overwhelmed with all the information. I was eating everything they say would help but in no particular order. Since I’ve met Tiara and joined her program I have a sense of direction, new recipes and most importantly SUPPORT! I feel like she’s more of a friend than just my healer. I’d highly recommend anyone supporting someone fighting or fighting for themselves to join. It’s absolutely worth it!

This community is like no other. I feel like everyone here is a family and we all support each other as well as Tiara supporting us all and taking time to get us individually. I had done lots of searching for someone/ something like this and I just felt so drawn to Tiara and her genuine care for others. Its amazing what her and the team do!! Tiara is a God send! She genuinely cares about your holistic well-being. She strategically built these communities, through her plethora of knowledge and life experiences to meet people where they are and help them along their wellness journey. As a Stage 2 TN3 breast cancer survivor, I am forever thankful for Tiara and the integral part she has played in my recovery.

I love that this community is not just for those navigating a diagnosis but for those who are caregivers or those who want to learn more. I’ve learned so much about how to nourish my loved ones through cancer. I also appreciate the personalized support given in this community as everyone needs something unique, specifically for them.
