Let me share a quick real situation that happened recently 👇
A notary completed a signing for a Warranty Deed, everything seemed fine. The documents were signed, notarized, and sent back without any issues… or so it seemed.
A few days later, the document was rejected.
The reason?
The notary seal was missing the notary’s name.
That one detail, something easy to overlook, meant the entire document couldn’t be accepted. The signing had to be corrected, causing delays for the client and extra work for everyone involved.
Situations like this are a reminder that in this industry, it’s often the smallest details that make the biggest difference.
Before completing any signing, take a moment to double check your stamp and ensure it meets all state requirements.
