The Bill of Sale and Notice of Transfer template, based on the Terra Australis model, is (in my opinion) slightly misleading. It should make it absolutely crystal clear that the Executor authorises the sale of an asset from the Estate to the living man or woman. The Notices must be issued from the Office of the Executor.

In our capacity as the lawful Executor of the “ALL CAPS FICTION NAME” Estate, by virtue of authority vested in us under lawful right and standing, and whose office and authority are conclusive, irrevocable, and inalienable, do hereby make the following declaration:
Having full, lawful, and unfettered authority in the matter of the “ALL CAPS FICTION NAME” Estate, the Executor does now authorise and direct the sale of fifty percent (50%) of the following property:
