Been thinking private trust again
I have been seeing people made bankrupt due to non payment of CT... who have a private trust and I also read due to CT is on the property they can go after was either beneficary or trustee..
2nd thing bugging me, is if all my money also goes in a private trust, and I want holiday.. house repairs, just normal things in life, how could I access it.. I cant live of a pension alone.
I have finished my AD but read there some changes going to be made, so holding on.
