NOSOALTO exists because a lot of us are feeling the same thing: we want real friends… but making friends as an adult is weirdly hard. Not because you’re “bad at it” — but because nobody really teaches you how to turn a random convo into an actual connection.

So here’s what we’re doing about it:

🧠 Learn the art of conversation — short trainings + prompts + challenges that make it easier to start talking and keep the connection going. (find the training in the classroom)
