People pleasing is selfish
yes I said it
It looks like kindness but at its core it's control you'ar not always trying to help them
you'ar tring to protect how the see you trying to avoid discomfort rejection or disapproval it's not about love it's about fear
Fear of saying "no" and finally being seen without the mask but here's the truth when you say "yes "to keep the peace you are creating chaos inside yourself
People pleasing is not gonerosity self-abandonment wrapped in politeness driven by fear and it helps no ane if love them be Honest with them and be Honest with yourself
