Hitting Your Goals 🎯

In the nonprofit space, we always talk about having goals and objectives for your nonprofit. But I hope you have goals for yourself or your team as it relates to daily objectives planned for the nonprofit.

Sometimes instead of using the word objectives, we assign specific tasks. Either way I think it is important to have at least one per day if not three tasks that lead to an identified goal.

What is your top goal or task for the week toward moving your nonprofit forward? Remember, it doesn’t always have to be a money goal.
