What do they get from posting?
I've just had this thought: the last 30 days have been great, the community doubled from 30 to 71, and engagement improved a lot, but I am still by far the main driver when it comes to posting.
So I thought to myself, What would they get from posting? Why would they post? Trying to see any possible drivers and motivators I could amplify.
Sure, there are the Skool levels that unlock stuff, but that's not enough; there needs to be a genuine interest and excitement, not just a chore to get to the next stage.
I would love input and perspectives to get more clarity on this, what communities do you post in, why do you post there, how do you feel about it, what trigger makes you do it etc.
