Network & travel #2
Imagine you’ve lost everything. Your job if you’re employed. Your business if you’re an entrepreneur. Imagine a bailiff has taken it all. Your house, your car, every asset you could possibly sell. Imagine they cut off your phone and all the extra comforts you’ve been used to. You’ve got two options.
1) Either end your life
2) Play Squid Game
Today is a new day. I paid for another night in a hostel for €14, which means from yesterday’s €50 I’m down to just €8. Prague has more than a million people, so there are plenty of opportunities here. But at the same time, I’ve noticed that the closer you get to big cities, the less people seem to care about each other. It’s like here on Skool. In smaller communities, people connect more, know each other, and help each other opposite to big ones.
Right now, I’m charging my phone and then I’ll go for a walk around the city. I’ll be paying attention to people, situations, opportunities. Before 11 CET, I’ll be back at the hostel so we can have our “We are free” meeting. At noon I’m meeting up with a friend. In the afternoon I have an online call with the CEO of a great entrepreneurial community on Discord. We’ll be going over the details of how I’m looking for a co-tycoon to help grow the community industry and my marketplace.
In the meantime, I need to figure out how to get €50, ideally $500, so I can start building a reserve.
How would you play the game?
