ABOUT THE ROLE:
Weโre seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, youโll be at the heart of our litigation support operationsโpreparing, processing, and delivering critical business, medical, and billing records for legal cases. From document organization to electronic processing and quality control, your work will directly support our mission of providing seamless legal support services to clients nationwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, prepare, and process physical and electronic records for use in civil litigation
- Extract and archive files from media including CDs, USBs, and hard drives
- Print, scan, bind, and deliver records to clients via FTP, online repository, or physical shipment
- Apply bates labeling, OCR, bookmarking, and tabbing to digital and physical records
- Ensure all files meet strict quality control standards prior to delivery
- Maintain internal databases and update client profile, tracking, and order notes
- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing
- Support team members and supervisors with mail processing, supply stocking, and workspace organization
- Follow HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- General understanding of medical or legal records preferred
- Familiarity with subpoenas, written depositions, or affidavits is a plus
- Comfortable manipulating PDFs and working with physical files
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Familiarity with written depositions and the deposition process is a plus.
