Condition - NE

Hi Day,

I have a quick question regarding the material requirements section when submitting bids. If the item condition is listed as NE, are we able to simply mark “No” under the options for other than new, reconditioned, or unused government surplus? Or do we need to specify something different?

I ask because we receive quotes with the condition listed as FN or NE, and wasn’t sure the difference.
