Best work out times and managing daily schedules
My biggest struggle at the moment or for sometime now has been, how to organise my day. I honestly would pay someone to literally plan my day if I can afford it😅 This goes from my fitness routine, 9-5 job, down to upskilling, social times, family and friends to mention but a few. One thing I know for sure in my case is that, my fitness routine takes the back sit for reasons I do not know. Could it be that fitness is optional, no obligation to anyone, takes more discipline/mind power, doesn’t sound fun and on and on and on. At this point, I now understand the power of a fit dad and how it lays a solid foundation in getting through the day. For me, It doesn’t matter what time of day I get my push ups or tricep extensions in. I just know how to be flexible & adapt and this has been a golden mindset for me.
