Program Requirements

These are traditional nursing school requirements, all simple and manageable:

✔️ Must be 18 years or older
✔️ Background check
✔️ Placement test (ATI Launch) No minimum score required — this simply helps us understand your learning needs before enrollment
✔️ TB skin test or chest X-ray (Must be done before clinicals start in April 2026)
✔️ Malpractice insurance (low-cost)
✔️ Photo for student ID badge Required for clinicals and access to the Illinois Institute of Nursing Studies facility
