🚧 Trust the Blueprint, Trust the Builder
Hey Nina Nurses, I want us to take a moment today to look back before we look forward. Think back to your very first shift as a new Nurse or CNA on the floor. Remember that feeling? The uncertainty? You didn’t know everything yet. You had the degree, but you hadn't fully "built" your skills yet. But you showed up. You trusted the process, and eventually, you became the capable healthcare professional you are today. Right now, in this group, many of you are standing at the start of something new again—whether it’s starting your business, learning AI, or pivoting your career. You might feel like you aren't where you want to be yet. You might look in the mirror and fail to see your true potential. You see a messy construction site; God sees the finished home. We often stress ourselves out trying to be the Architect, the Foreman, and the Laborer all at once. But we forget who the real Builder is. Think of your dreams like a house. If you hired a master builder to construct your dream home, you wouldn't lock the door and refuse to let them in to work, right? You would give them the key and trust them to do what they do best. It is time to give the "Spare Key" of your dreams to the Ultimate Builder. He doesn't leave projects half-finished. If He placed a dream in your heart, He has the blueprint to complete it. He will help you build that home, but you have to open the door first. Open your heart. Open your mind. Hand over that key and say, "Okay, I trust You to finish this project." Let Him work. He’s not done with you yet. Drop a "🗝️" in the comments if you are handing over the keys today!
