If lifting weights were fun and frictionless, more people would get the bodies they've always wanted.
Matt Perryman here. At almost 46, I feel better and look better than I did at 25.
I've spent the last few years dialing in my daily eating and weekly training habits.
I didn't want to mess around with crazy diets or even crazier workouts.
I drink beer and scotch, eat carbs and chocolate, and do all the wrong things you aren't supposed to do.
I do fun workouts that I enjoy.
There's only a few levers you have to pull to get and keep the body you want.
That's why I'm putting together this little community for good folks over 40 who want to get *and stay* strong, energetic, and pretty in middle age and beyond.
š Less aches and pains... the energy of a nuclear locomotive... even turning a few heads at the gym while taking 10 years off your age... with a shockingly small commitment of your precious time and energy.
It's simple, fun, and satisfying.
If you're game, come on in.
