This group is your holy grail for the next 12 weeks—check it DAILY! The athletes who see the biggest results are the ones who stay ENGAGED.
👉 How It Works
- Start Here → Begin with the pinned “START HERE” post.
- Onboarding → Complete your onboarding sequence so we can get your athlete set up with their G.A.I.N. Profile and personal meal plan.
- Bootcamp Call → RSVP and attend the live bootcamp call (this is your launchpad).
- Phase 1 → Once they complete the bootcamp call, Athletes jump into 6 weeks of live implementation calls + weekly check-ins. (The 6 calls are on a rotation, so just jump into the current week we're on! You'll get all 6!)
- Phase 2 → Once Phase 1 is done, athletes move into Phase 2 (self-paced calls, 1x per week).

- Weekly Check-In (Check progress)
