Welcome to NEXT Athlete Global.
You are here because you know something is getting in the way. Not your skill. Not your effort. Something underneath all of that. This is the right place. Head to the Classroom and start here: Step 1 — Take the PRI Assessment Find out exactly where your performance gap lives. This is your starting point for everything. Step 2 — Watch the Intro Video Understand the philosophy behind this platform and why it exists. Step 3 — Start Module 1 Performance Through Regulation. The foundation everything else builds on. Everything else is waiting for you in the Classroom library. Work through it in order. This community is for the athlete who does not define themselves by a scoreboard. Who knows there is so much more to life than results and what other people think of them as a player. Who wants to feel safe enough to actually perform at the level they are capable of. Who has other interests, other sides to themselves, and understands that sport is a part of life, not the whole of it. You are more than your performance. And that is exactly why your performance gets to be great. — Asnate

Let's get to know each other.
Had a bad game?
Had a rough game and can't shake it? Here's the thing nobody tells you. You can't think your way out of that feeling. Your body has to come down first. Two breaths in through the nose, hold for a second, then a long slow exhale, about seven or eight seconds. Do that a few times before you try to process anything. That's step one, always. Once you're calmer, remember this. One bad game is not who you are. It's just information. The mistake doesn't get to write the story about your worth. Now ask yourself what you were actually afraid of out there, not what went wrong. Maybe it was letting your team down. Maybe it was proving a doubt you already had about yourself right. Whatever it is, say it plainly, in one sentence. Once you name it, it stops running the show from the shadows. Fear that stays vague controls you. Fear that gets named becomes something you can actually work with. Then get specific about next time. Don't tell yourself "play better," that means nothing when you're standing there with your heart racing. Instead, pick one thing you can actually do. Before you step out, take that same long exhale you just practiced. Pick one word, just one, that reminds you who you are when you're at your best, and say it to yourself right before you go. Maybe it's "steady." Maybe it's your own name. That word becomes your anchor. Next time the fear shows up, you're not standing there empty handed, you have something to hold onto that's bigger than the fear. You're not your worst game. You're how you come back from it.
