- Budget shouldn’t be your first filter.Structure often matters more than price. Find something interesting first, then work out how to make it work.
- Agent relationships beat portals every time.The real win is being the call before the photographer, not the tenth viewer after it’s live.
- Resilience isn’t a mindset buzzword in property — it’s the skill.Most offers get rejected. That’s normal. Treat it like a machine, not a judgement on you.
