I struggle with what my hobby skool will be. I have so much to give others! My hobby skool is not about me but, what I can share or give to others. I have skills, talents, life lessons and advice. I would love to give it all in different skools but that is not possible at this time. I will give it some deep thought today. Sometimes I am “triggered” with others thoughts, ideas or topics and I release a wealth of information and knowledge I forgot I had. Knowing a little bit about me, what are your ideas for me? What thoughts, ideas or topics do you have for your second or third skool?

Today Doug mentioned having to be relaxed to pee. Observations and questions - - Women do not pee in the shower, it will later cause incontinence, because you aren't focusing on voiding, & you're training yourself to pee everyone you are "relaxed standing up". - Put the phone down when you void. No consuming while releasing. Then we confuse shit with nutrients. Nutrients = "New Try Its" every time you experience & consume new things it's nutritional. We must let go of the old to get new (yay we can do this everyone we poo). - What shit have you been holding onto? - What pees you off?

Today just felt like it needed some Fire 🔥 Magic Red to Ignite our Root Chakra: I am safe I have everything i need I trust in myself & the good in the world. Everything is always working out for me And White for new beginnings, spiritual connection, HEALING & cleansing.

Hoka Hey! Turahe nawa to the new day and new life! Last night I was called tlny my brother to travel to Abilene KS. Buh! Within 20 minutes he was herading out to speak to "dragonfly". So i took the q and asked my friend pheonix if she wanted to have that cup of coffee..."when"? She asked "now i said" she said "bet" now im on my way back to wichita after a magical evening with a dear friend of mine i have known since gradeschool and finally admitted my feelings for her and while they were not rejected they were also rejected. I had no intentions of what to expect so im not heart roken or ashamed of myself anymore for asking for the things i want.
