Newbie Alert ❤️‍🔥

Hey community, I'm Ally! I just have had the lovely pleasure of joining the University this week, and I'm so grateful, humbled, and beyond excited for this wild journey that is about to unfold (and all the deaths and rebirths that are to come with it!).

I am a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator (trained in a specific method that is a derivative of Holotropic breathwork - not quite the exact same, but very similar). I am indeed here to go through the whole (beautiful) course with a goal of bringing my breathwork business vision to physical life-form❤️‍🔥

However, as excited I am about creating a business that can provide me with financial freedom, I am far more excited about being able to fulfill my true purpose here in this lifetime, which is that I am here to guide others into their ability to heal themselves through the power of breath. I am here to heal. Or rather, help others heal themselves, as I believe this is how it truly works.

Through my life experiences and through struggling with substance abuse, depression, and complex PTSD - I found breath. And learned how breath is a tool that can help us bring us back to ourselves; our true selves. Our Soul selves.

And from there, my purpose became clear. Now it's just about fulfilling that purpose - reaching the individuals I am meant to reach, and who are meant to find me.

I am so beyond words grateful to have found this community and school (although, I know it was no coincidence - just the universe working divine timing magic).

Cannot wait for all that is to come.
