Celebrating a brilliant flow today

If we were on calls this week you maybe saw how overwhelmed & heavy I have been feeling this last week... after the accountability call with Justice wednesday, I cleared a lot in myself & created an alignment for success which took me a few days but today I arrived & feel really proud of myself, posting here to anchor in this reflection.

Today I had a great morning embodiment practice, & then had a great transition into creation. The ritual is forming & it feels really supportive! I was able to organize my photos, review the notes & have reflections, create a content plan for a video series, and create and schedule the first video! A full day for me, feels really good.

I am curious if there are any insights for what to do when I go travel to stay aligned but able to stay present with my travels as well? I will just do my best to see what feels aligned and accomplishable...

I also scheduled my video I made today for monday, and I want to do that for each video I make, so I can have a consistent flow of posts occurring as I schedule them out in advance so I don't feel pressure to show up every single day. Thoughts on this? Is it okay for the algorithm etc you think?
