Breaktrhoug story
Dear as we have spoken on the last accountability call, I've focused in writing my breakthrough story. I share it here today as next Tuesday I wont be able to join the call for I have a kitchen job to attend. But would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you ,)
BEFORE
The Life That Looked Right but Felt Wrong
Before my transformation, my life looked successful from the outside.
I lived in London. I worked long hours as a chef in demanding professional kitchens. I earned well. I was building a career. I was doing everything a “successful” person is supposed to do.
My days were built around productivity, endurance, and survival. My body was trained to push. My nervous system learned to normalize exhaustion. Long hours, pressure, and disconnection from myself were simply the cost of stability.
I believed that hard work was enough. That if I kept going, meaning would eventually arrive.
The culture of the professional kitchen shaped me — a world that rewards endurance over alignment, output over presence. London mirrored that rhythm perfectly: fast, relentless, impressive, empty.
I was functioning.But I wasn’t inhabiting my life.
CRISIS
The Question That Broke Everything Open
One night, close to midnight, I was sitting on a bus in London after another shift.
I was counting the hours I had left before my alarm would go off at 6 a.m. — just enough sleep to repeat the cycle again.
And something inside me collapsed.
Not dramatically.Quietly. Completely.
I felt devastated. Exhausted. Hollow.Spiritually, I felt abandoned and desperate.
I cried. I prayed. I asked God to take my life if this was all there was.
In that moment, I realized something I could no longer ignore:
I was working for a life I didn’t have time to live.
There was no space for presence. No room for truth. No intimacy with my own soul. And no amount of effort could fix that.
CHASE
Following the Pull Without a Map
That breakdown created an opening.
And through that opening came a breath of air: Ibiza.
The idea didn’t arrive as a plan — it arrived as relief. As possibility. As something my body recognized before my mind could justify it.
I suggested the move to my husband, fully expecting him to say no.
He said yes.
In 2018, we left London and moved to Ibiza.
What carried me forward wasn’t courage in the traditional sense. It was a quiet inner pull I couldn’t rationalize. A long-forgotten dream resurfacing. A sense that life was calling me toward something truer — even if I couldn’t yet name it.
I was terrified.I was leaving money, stability, and a clearly defined career.I was walking away from everything that made sense on paper.
But something inside me knew staying would cost me more.
CONFLICT
When the Old Identity No Longer Works
After the initial magic of Ibiza, the world shut down.
The pandemic arrived. Isolation followed. Certainty dissolved.
During lockdown, a moment at the supermarket triggered a profound inner rupture — a confrontation with myself I could no longer avoid.
I didn’t want my old life anymore. But I didn’t yet know how to live differently.
I no longer wanted to be “just a chef,” yet I still needed to survive. The identity that had carried me for years no longer fit — but nothing had replaced it yet.
Instead of collapsing, something in me chose the threshold.
I trained my body. I changed how I ate. I studied. I listened. I questioned everything I believed about work, success, systems, and identity.
What emerged was resilience — not the kind that endures suffering, but the kind that listens deeply and responds truthfully.
BREAKTHROUGH
Remembering Who You Are
One question changed everything:
When am I most myself?
The answer was immediate and undeniable.
When I speak about the divine.About our origin.About the sovereignty that lives inside every human being.
Through deep listening, spiritual study, philosophy — and later, writing my breakthrough story during the Conscious Creator Challenge — something released somatically and irrevocably.
Clarity arrived.
I realized my craft was never the problem.
Cooking was devotion. Food was a technology of sovereignty. The kitchen was not something to escape — it was an altar I had forgotten.
I stopped trying to become someone else.
AFTER
Living and Serving From Remembrance
The greatest transformation wasn’t external.
It was a shift from survival to remembrance. From performance to embodied truth. From exhaustion to inner authority.
Today, I translate sovereignty into lived identity. I guide people back to their creator essence — not by fighting systems, but by restoring awareness of who they already are.
My work is not about rebellion. It´s about recognition.
And if you’re standing at the edge of your own collapse, here is what I’ll tell you:
You are not broken. You are being called.
Ask yourself the question you’ve been avoiding — and listen.Sometimes losing the old map is the only way home.
