Accountability

I’ve been sitting with the questions of the accountability reflection, and it brought me back to what really matters.

I admire my resilience the way I keep starting over when something doesn’t feel aligned. My courage, depth, and devotion to truth. I’ve learned to stop running from what’s real.

I admire people who lead with integrity and grounded honesty. But the qualities I judge in others control, avoidance, arrogance I’ve met in myself too. Usually in the moments I stopped trusting me.

When I was thriving, I wasn’t proving anything. I was grounded, creating, praying, moving, resting. Listening to my body before my fear.

Simple things but they changed everything.

Now, when I feel triggered or pulled back into old patterns, I pause, breathe, and remind myself: I’m not the program. I’m the one rewriting it.

My North Star is truth and liberation.

To live and lead from what’s real.

Less performance. More presence.

My goal is to have one scripted video this week. 🙏🏻
