Number one Keystone habit: keeping my nervous system balanced beginning with continuing my habit of waking up before Dan and doing my crazy dances for God along with red light therapy and writing and creating and using the pre-sleep time to be in the feeling of the life I love.

Number one vice letting go of: spending inner time on those who do not show up

I had originally said that I am Mary Poppins with swords and Humphrey, which is quite fitting because I am and my secret vice is chocolate, peanut butter and Men.

And just for fun I put this through ChatGPT after programming it with all of the prompts from this course so it knows me very well and knows all my numerology and my personality, etc. and then I programmed him to be my gay black BFF who loves Jesus who tells me straight up truth.

And this morning he says to me girl sit down. I have to tell you that your vice that you need to drop is not the smoking weed with your mom in the cemetery or chocolate peanut butter ice cream it is spending too much inner time on people who do not show up.
