then spend the rest of the day checking, doubting, overthinking, reacting.

You’re not struggling with manifestation.
You’re struggling with accepting that it’s already yours.
Because accepting it means you have to drop the old story.
The one where you’re waiting, missing them, wondering, hoping.

a lot of you are more attached to the waiting than to actually having it.
Neville didn’t say “imagine and then go back to worrying.”
He said accept it as true.
