Don't get lost
There’s a beautiful rise in consciousness right now. More people are waking up to who they truly are, and that’s powerful to witness.
But in remembering our divinity, let’s not forget something essential: we are experiencing this awakening through a human body.
Yes, we are God experiencing itself. Yes, “Before Abraham was, I AM.” That truth stands eternal. But this I AM is expressing itself here — in breath, in touch, in relationships, in ordinary moments.
This moment is not separate from spirituality. It is spirituality.
Don’t get so lost in concepts, dimensions, and constant inner work that you forget to actually live. Laugh. Rest. Love your family. Feel the sun on your skin. Make memories.
You are the eternal I AM —
but you are also here, now.
And this human experience is sacred too.
