This is where a lot of people quietly fall back into the old state.
You decide what you want and you start applying the work… but then the mind keeps trying to figure out how it’s going to happen.
It starts planning, analysing, looking for the path, the person, the timing.
And it feels productive… but it’s not the same as living in the end.
Because when you are truly in the state of already having something, the “how” is not your focus anymore. It’s already settled in your mind, so you’re not trying to solve it.
When you keep asking “how,” you’re still coming from a place where it’s not done yet.
That’s why it creates tension.
It puts you back into waiting, figuring out, and trying to control the process — instead of allowing it to unfold.
This doesn’t mean you stop taking action or ignore your responsibilities. You still move through your day, make decisions, and handle what’s in front of you.
But you’re not doing it from urgency or pressure.
You’re doing it from a more stable place where the outcome is already decided.
So when the mind starts asking “how,” just notice it.
You don’t need to fight it or answer it.
Just bring yourself back to:
“I’ve already chosen the end.”
And let life take care of the rest.
