Cheap & quick way to check if you have a mould problem
Totally forgot to include this in the video, but there's a visual contrast sensitivity test you can do online on Dr. Shoemaker's website - Surviving Mold.
This is a super quick - less than 10 minutes - and super cheap - $15 test you can do from the comfort of your home which will give you a very reliable indication if you have a problem with CIRS.
Now, this doesn't confirm if you have a mould at home, but it will give you a reliable indication whether YOU have been exposed.
I have done the test, and - surprise, surprise - it's a fail, meaning I've suffered with the exposure to some biotoxins which have negatively impacted my brain and the ability to distinguish slight variance in shades of grey colour.
I'm currently battling a nasty cold so as soon as I'm up and running I'll give you an update on the mould journey with us and William.
This is my result - where the fail in both D and E column means hyperacute exposure. JOY! 😒
