A BIG part of the work we do in Neurosovereignty is to create the daily rituals that allow us to show up in presence, confidence, self-trust and love. Having a healthy morning routine can be instrumental for this.
I am considering leading a free, 5-day long rising ritual activation that teaches you the breath and meditation techniques that strengthen presence and focus and open the heart-mind. And, 5 days of community accountability will get the momentum going for you to continue on day 6 and beyond.
