Re-introducing myself since there are so many new faces — welcome, I’m really happy you’re here. This space already feels like a yes.
📍 Where I live:
Southern California, up in the hills of La Habra Heights — equal parts sunshine, nature, quiet mornings, and “let me go put my feet on the earth real quick” energy 🌿
🔥 What I’m passionate about:
Helping myself (and others) come home to joy after burnout. I love blending spirituality with real life — laughter, nervous-system repair, creativity, deep conversations, and remembering that healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I’m passionate about empowerment that actually feels good in the body, not just sounds good in theory.
💋 What my inner Dream Girl is CRAVING right now:
More fun. More play. More expression. More laughing until my stomach hurts. Living in my heart space and gratitude instead of my head. Making new friends, feeling connected, uplifting others, and letting life feel a little lighter and more magical again.
Embodiment for me looks like actually feeling my life — moving my body, resting when I need to, saying yes when it’s a full-body yes, and trusting myself enough to enjoy the moment without guilt.
