In the beginning there was...
found no category for introductions. But I would love to read from all of you what's your background and who you are. But that's just me. I am more on the mentoring and training side and traveled around the world to help mentor and train NLP trainers. As well in Newcode NLP. Hypnosis, Neuro-Centered Aproaches. What made the difference was my experience with META and my friend and mentor Frank Pucelik. Who not only is Co-Founder of what today is named NLP, but also was heavily traumatized in Vietnam and established programms for traumatized veterans and addicted adolescents, in which he implemented Meta and DST (Dissociated States Theraphy). As I am into neurotypes (including neurodivergencies) and Meta Foundation Skills, what matters to me is the fastest and easiest way. Not the one that includes most drama. So that's it. Had a good burnout myself not so long ago. What really helped me was what also helped Frank after his war in his head. Cause when you feel like shit or numb, fancy and shiny stuff might not be what reaches you. But more important: people are different and so are theraphy or coaching forms. My mission is to help more experts and therapists and coaches and... people... find access to foundation skills that make a difference. No matter what they do. Cause those are human skills. I love people and connections. That much that people started calling me "the social guy". What about you?
NEWBIE
I saw this group and thought it looked very interesting. I have a son that suffers from MI. I know that I need to keep myself healthy too. It has been a long 4 year journey. Hoping to find answers maybe I could help implement. 🌱💜
Your Coaching --> Payoff Tool?
Hey folks, so many experts here 🙄. What's your cosching journey like so far, and which are the strategies, tools or insights, that gained you most?
Your Coaching --> Payoff Tool?
Time to introduce myself and say hello
To value this community I am as open as possible. I am Kai. And for some reason I am often called "the social guy". So I kept that name 😉. In my earlier years I was going to become a police officer (studied and drove a police car... also crashed it). I had my first business in school and an event with 3000 people parallel - while becoming a police guy. I quitted and did nearly everything in sales. So good that I started training sales teams. On a business plattform I built with 1700 members the biggest local business network in my area. Up to 200 people showed up in our monthly live events even. Parallel I built an on-site massage business with around 200 "angels" running around in bars and offices, fairs and even at television sets. After that I started a promotion agency where we became the biggest sales agency for Barclays at universities (2000 cards a month). That led me to do sales for an energy drink and some other beverage brands. And somehow I started a coffee business. With our own warehouse, where we would also ship tea, chai and more than 1000 products. Cut in 2019 - wrong people. I followed my passion and did what I already have done for years: NLP. I flew 5 weeks to Trainers Training with John Grinder in Portugal, after that to Orlando with Richard Bandler. During that time I built up the coffee business again. Just alone and as dropshipping one. That financed my journeys around the world. I mentored along with John Grinder trainers and coaches and evaluated them. Became recognized as Newcode NLP Trainer as well. Did Master Trainers with Robert Dilts, Hypnosis, Street Hypnosis, scientifically backed up personality models, with two leading scientists in Germany, and met my girlfriend. Who said... ... "if you don’t have AD(H)D, I dont know who has." What else to do other than diving deep into neurodivergencies and networking with experts and like-wired people. Finally, after so much experience, I met the guy who co-founded what today is known as NLP. At that time it was Meta.

Guard Your Gates: The Sound of Your Future
Your environment is not just something you experience. It is something you ingest. Your ear is a womb, and what you listen to is not merely sound—it is the seed of your future reality. It will be conceived in the mind, nurtured in the body, and born into the life you live. This isn't a metaphor. It is a neurological fact. Your brain rewires itself based on the frequencies it consumes—the words, the tones, the conversations. You are quite literally building your world from the sound up. Few examples: If you listen to constant criticism—from a parent who nitpicks, a partner who dismisses, or your own unforgiving inner voice—you will give birth to a reality of inadequacy. You will conceive a world where you hesitate before you speak, where you shrink from opportunities, because that critical voice has become the architect of your truth. If you consume a diet of gossip, cynical news, and conversations fueled by fear, you will give birth to an anxious existence. Your nervous system will learn that the world is a threat. Your reality will become one of suspicion and defensiveness, because that is the toxic energy you have chosen to incubate. But if you consciously choose to listen to encouragement, to podcasts that teach resilience, to music that unlocks emotion, and to the quiet, affirming voice of your own worth, you will conceive a different destiny. You will give birth to actions grounded in confidence. You will build a reality where you trust yourself to navigate challenges, because you have fed your mind a narrative of capability. The voices you allow in become the voice that speaks to you. It’s that simple. It’s that profound. Stop consuming noise that poisons your potential. Your attention is the most sacred ground you own. Guard the gateway. What you hear today, you will live tomorrow. Choose like your life depends on it. Because it does.
