Tonight's Session Postponed, I'm sick 😪
I'm so sorry ladies. It's really not like me to feel under the weather (especially when we have the great British sunshine playing out) - but annoyingly, I am feeling really run down and don't wanna be a rubbish host.
I have lots of special events coming up - with a NeuroMagic-curated YinDHD workshop which will be running monthly across Cheshire and Greater Manchester (and online🥳). This has been a few years in the making, since I fell in love with teaching Yin in Peru during my YTT, so I'm super excited to be sharing this with you. I know how hard it is to rest and reset with ADHD, so I have designed it specifically with you (and ADHD) in mind.
Let me know who's free next Wednesday for our online session, and I will make sure I am vitamin'd and mineral'd up and back to my best for you all
