👋 Welcome to the Community! Start Here...
We are so glad you’re here. This is a space where your unique brain is celebrated, not "managed." Whether you are currently in a hyper-focus sprint or navigating a season of burnout, you belong here. To get started, we’d love to meet the woman behind the business. Please introduce yourself using the template below! ✨ The "Say Hello" Template: • The Business: What are you building or growing? • The Family: How many "co-workers" (kids) are you managing at home? • The Brain: What is your neurodivergent "flavor" (ADHD, Dyslexia, AuDHD, etc.)? • The Win: What is one thing (big or small!) that went well this week? • The Ask: What is one challenge you’re currently facing where we can support you? 💡 Community Reminders: • Sanity First: We value progress over perfection. • No Masking Required: This is a safe space to talk about the messy parts of business and motherhood. • Heart-Centred: Be kind to others and, more importantly, be kind to yourself. Happy Sunday Beautiful Souls! I hope you are having a fantastic weekend. It's a long weekend with Canadian Thanksgiving on Monday and I am taking a moment to really look at all the wonderful things I have in my life to be grateful for. Yes, I am grateful on a daily basis. And every once in a while, I like to deep dive into all the things in my life that I have been blessed with. I'll be honest with you though, It's not all the stuff that just showed up in my life. Very often, what I'm most grateful for is the stuff I have worked for and achieved. Today in particular, I am grateful for my first book finally being available for pre-order on Amazon. Whew! That's a big one! I'm certain all my fellow ADHDers out there will understand when I say that it was a loooooooong and sometimes boring process. And it stayed on the back burner for many periods of time. Here's the strategy that got me to the published product. 1. I wrote it in small increments. About 150 to 250 words a day. 2. I kept my focus on the end result. 3. I didn't set deadlines because I have time blindness and it would have just been frustrating. 4. I did it myself. Although I had an editor/publisher at some point, I have come to the understanding that I want it done my way. So I learned from the experience. 5. I let the book guide me rather than me force it to become what I wanted it to be. Sounds crazy, I know, but it worked. 6. I allowed myself to do this for me first and the eventual readers second. 7. I leveraged body doubling sessions to get it done. I hope these strategies help you break down your big projects and get them done. Even if it's slow. It's not a race, it's a journey. This week, we have 2 Get it Done! Body Doubling sessions: on Tuesday the 13th at 10:30 am and on Thursday the 15th at 1:00 pm. I might be late for the call on Tuesday because I will be taking my car into the shop, but I will log in to celebrate your wins. I'm looking forward to seeing you then. Much love and blessings,

Happy Monday beautiful souls! I hope your weekend was peaceful and that your week is off to a great start. I've been productive to say the least. I can't really say if it's the over-tiredness that is making my brain hyper-focus, or if it's the taking action with a determination to get things done, but whatever it is, I've been hyper-focused and that means productive. I have to say, I'm grateful for the 3 day weekends that my kids have been having at school. It's allowing me to tackle some bigger projects without completely wiping out. This weekend, we have built Ikea furniture, I have moved furniture around in my basement, I have reorganized my office and then some. I honestly have no idea where the energy is coming from, but while it's here, I am taking full advantage of it and getting stuff done. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the strategy is worth exploring. As a neurodivergent, mostly ADHD, I find that when I reach my level of saturation, I'm no longer even remotely functional. So, on the days where that level of saturation is nowhere in sight and I feel like I can go on for ever, I take advantage of the stamina and get more done. I know it won't last forever and I stay mindful of my state of being. I wouldn't want to over do it. In a way, this is about maximizing your capacity while still respecting your boundaries. This week, we have our 2 Get it Done! Body Doubling calls: The first on Tuesday the 6th at 10:30 am and the second on Thursday the 8th at 1 pm. I'm looking forward to seeing you there and celebrating your progress. Until then, Much love and blessings, May

Hey Lovelies! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and that the start of your new week is blessed in ways you could never imagine. Okay, so I'm feeling the love. The unconditional love of the Universe. How, you might ask... Well, you know how the ADHD brain will sometimes get into a hyper-fixated state when working on a task... I just spent hours (I won't say how many), hyper-fixated on checking the page formatting on every single page of my upcoming book. And the whole time, I was reciting Ho'Oponopono -- I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. It's a Hawaiian forgiveness healing modality. I have found it to be very potent in helping me realign with my soul. Especially with repetition. I encourage you to try it. It's possibly the simplistic form of energy healing I know. In essence you recite: I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you, over and over. The way I view it is that you are apologizing to the Universe for what you have unconsciously attracted into your life (the stuff you don't want), then you ask the Universe for forgiveness and to "fix" or resolve what you have mistakenly attracted, you thank the Universe and tell it you love it, just as it loves you. If you do give it a try, let me know how it works out for you and if you feel any different. This week, we have 2 Get it Done! Body Doubling calls. As always, they are on Tuesday at 10:30 am and Thursday at 1 pm. All in Eastern time. I'm looking forward to seeing you there and celebrating all you get done. Much love and blessings. May
