Jus wanted the opinion on my first property I would lik to purchase I would lik to get a home something nice to start my real estate journey in the high 200s to low 300s but I take home 48000 after taxes so should I plan on having a 20 percent down payment and or… Since im a professional over the road driver should I plan to house hacking and do multi family to get me started I kind of feel lik single family would be the way to go I’d lik to go with wht I find first tht cash flows in a great area that appreciates I would rather go with whichever deal comes first whether that a single-family or multifamily
