Hello.
Before we go further, I want to make something clear.
You do not need to learn Nepali completely to travel in Nepal.
You don’t need grammar.
You don’t need perfect pronunciation.
You don’t need to remember difficult words.
That is not the goal here.
The goal is simple: to help you communicate in a way that works.
If you say “hello,” people will understand.
If you say “thank you,” people will understand.
If you say “sorry,” people will understand.
English works in many everyday situations.
If you want to say “Namaste” instead of hello, that’s great.
If you want to say “Dhanyabad” instead of thank you, that’s also great.
I will still teach you those words.
But you are not required to use them.
You don’t need to sound local.
You don’t need to impress anyone.
If English works, use English.
If one simple Nepali word helps, use that.
Communication is not about being perfect.
It’s about being understood.
If people understand you, you’re doing it right.
