Hello Everyone! Good Morning! I hope everyone woke up motivated and in good spirits/mood. I struggled today at first and I am still trying to shake it off. 🌦️ Anyone else feeling a little off? You're not alone. If you have some free time today, draw something today! or paint, anything! CREATE! It doesn't have to contain a subject matter (examples: an animal, person, flowers, place, item...etc.) It can be just abstract, doodling, sketching, scribbles. You can just scribble or express your feelings on paper. What does anger look like? 😠What does sadness look like? ☹️ What does uncertainty look like? 😶 What does a heartbreak look like? 💔 What do you want to feel look like? 😁 Make more than one creation. 🖌️🧡🥰🫡🥶🤢🥸 Just express it out on paper, don't hold it in with you. The purpose of this activity is to just let go and maybe it can help distract you from your current cycling thoughts. You might end up making a mark and your mind is now thinking, "Huh... I like how that looks, it kind of looks like a horse." Then you start wondering of other possibilities. Make it fun! Don't think too much into it, just flow. Let go. If you cry during the process, that's ok. Let it out. Upset? Angry? What colors do you see? How would you place those colors on paper? Then take the time to create how you want to feel.
