Tech Talk Tuedays: Your First Tech Job Is Not Looking For Perfection
Great Morning! I hope you had a great long weekend! Let me talk to those of you who are studying and are trying to get into tech. A lot of people stay stuck outside the tech industry because they think they need to know everything before they apply. That mindset will keep you studying forever and moving nowhere. Entry level tech jobs are not expecting you to know everything. They are looking for people who can learn, troubleshoot, communicate, and stay calm when problems happen. That is why CompTIA A+ matters so much. It teaches you how technology works, how to think through issues, and how to support users professionally. Your challenge today is simple. Stop saying:“I do not know enough yet.” Start asking:“What problem can I solve today?” That mindset shift changes everything. Drop below and tell us:What area of tech are you most interested in right now? Help Desk, Cybersecurity, Networking, ITSupport, Something else? Let's get it!

Built For More Thursdays
You are not stuck because you are incapable. You are stuck because nobody taught you how to move strategically while carrying responsibilities, exhaustion, self doubt, disappointment, and the weight of trying to survive while still building a future. A lot of people know how to work hard.A lot of people know how to survive. But not enough people know how to rebuild themselves while life is still happening in real time. That is the part people do not talk about enough. Some of you have been carrying so much for so long that survival became normal. Showing up tired became normal. Doubting yourself became normal. Settling became normal. But normal does not always mean healthy. And it definitely does not mean this is all your life is supposed to be. This community exists because I know what it feels like to want more while trying to figure life out at the same time. No perfect timing. No pause button. No magical moment where fear disappears and everything suddenly lines up. You just decide. You decide you are tired of shrinking. You decide you are done talking yourself out of your furture. You decide your next season deserves a different version of you. That decision matters more than waiting until you “feel ready.” You are in the right place. But this community only works if you participate. Growth is not something you watch. It is something you commit to. So here is your challenge today. Post your introduction below. Tell us your name, where you are from, what tech path you are pursuing, and one thing you are committed to changing in the next 45 days. Say it out loud.Own it publicly. Then move like you mean it. Who are you and what are you here to build? 👇🏽
