HELP!
Hi wonderful people I’m so sorry I’ve been so quiet. I have been taking a break because I’ve had lots going on and only very slowly just starting to get back into things. Now I have a question and it is to do with contact dermatitis, roughly 6 to 7 months ago I had a little bit of a breakout which I thought it was due to some nail oil that I’ve used and I probably think it was expired or something, but it happened Instantaneously like it happened the night of that it started to break out really bad, but now it happened again.
This time I’ve used completely different products however the kicker is I’ve had my nails on for almost 3 weeks now and I haven’t had any issues any breakouts no lumps no bumps no itchiness so I’m just wondering can you still get a reaction even though you’ve had them on for just under three weeks if you need clarity or anything to help problems solve please let me know. I will be grateful for any advice that I can get!
The only thing I think it could be which this is a longshot. I was doing my partner’s nails the other night and I had this little jar of acetones like a little glass jar and I was washing my brushes in it now I’ve gone to rinse it, but I haven’t had a chance to wash it yet. I’m thinking I’ve washed my hands one night whilst it’s been in the sink because it’s had like a little bit of water and still gel stuck inside the glass and I’m thinking potentially I could’ve dipped my hand in the water which the gel is on the glass of the container and I’ve washed it and hence that’s gotten a reaction, but I’m not 100% sure it could be that.
