Entrepreneurs are always looking for ways to move faster, grow smarter, and stay ahead. Ironically, one of the clearest and healthiest ways to actually get ahead—and stay sane—is through meditation. We know it reduces stress, sharpens performance, and keeps our physical, mental, and emotional health in check.
But here's the real question for this group:
How do you—@Michael Schwarz or any of you here—stay truly present when your mind is constantly jumping to how much better and faster things are getting with AI?
How do you avoid cutting yourself out of the human side of “playing the game” when everything around us is being optimized at lightning speed? Sometimes it feels like if you're not caught up, you're just an ant watching giants fly past.
For me? I like cutting the grass the old-fashioned way. I get hot, sweaty, then drink a cold glass of lemonade and admire the yard.
Would love to hear your thoughts. How do you balance being with building in the age of AI?
