Few POD issues i encountered

One of my customers got a hoodie with a blurry design looked nothing like what was on the site.

I was stressed at first, but I reached out to the supplier, sent pics, and they reprinted it for free and i'm glad customer was cool with it in the end.

Stuff like this really sucks, but it happens. Just glad I handled it quick.

Anyone else dealt with something like this?
