How We Hold the Flame of Support
You may have noticed that how me meet each man in the calls varies. Some we dig deeper, and others we simply meet them where they are.
Our stance on Mens Work and coaching is that accountability isnt about "should". We dont want anything for you. We are commited to supporting you to create what you want by providing inquiry and feedback around whats missing, or whats in the way.
If you want a higher flame, the way to do that is to put yourself in the space, post your updates, what youre noticing, and what you are stuck on.
There is no pressure to want a higher gradient, only the opportunity to get more for yourself.
