Snow Removal/Salting
I live in North Alabama. We get a lot of snow maybe 2 weeks a year? Nothing crazy.
I know it would not be worth investing in plows and stuff, but I’ve seen a few guys locally operating the service.
Do you think it would be worth incorporating for just 1-2weeks of extra work?
I’m not sure what sorts of pricing you can charge per man hour or what the margins tend to be. I would love to be able to profit a little in the off season. With my current setup I am almost break even in January and February.
