Welcome to Our Community
🌱 Welcome to Our Community This is a space for learning, sharing experiences, supporting one another, and exploring what helps us feel better - mainly connected to what we eat or drink. Many of the conversations here are personal. Whether you're sharing successes, challenges, symptoms, observations, or questions, your experiences may help someone else who is facing something similar. Thank you for contributing. 🙏 ✨ What Makes a Valuable Post? 🔹 Share Your Real Experience Feel free to talk about yourself. What have you noticed? What is working? What isn't working? What have you already tried? The more honest and authentic you are, the easier it is for others to relate and contribute meaningful insights. 🔹 Give Enough Context Helpful context allows others to understand your situation. For example: - What are you experiencing? - How long has it been happening? - What have you already tried? - What observations have you made? You don't need to tell your entire life story, but enough information helps others respond constructively. 🔹 Ask Clear Questions Clear questions lead to better discussions. Examples: ✅ Has anyone experienced digestive issues after introducing a specific food? ✅ What approaches have helped you identify food sensitivities? ✅ What has supported your recovery when dealing with recurring symptoms? The goal is not necessarily to find "the answer" but to learn from each other's experiences. 🔹 Keep It Focused Try to limit yourself to 1-3 core questions per post. Focused discussions are easier to follow and tend to generate more meaningful responses. 🔹 Follow the 3-C Rule Clear • Concise • Constructive Before posting, ask yourself: - Is my message clear? - Is it easy to read? - Does it encourage a constructive discussion? 🔹 Stay Engaged If you start a discussion, please stay involved. Reply to comments, answer questions, provide updates, and acknowledge helpful contributions. The real value of the community comes from the exchange that happens after a post is published.

Community Purpose
This community exists to help us learn from each other's experiences and observations related to food, symptoms, and health. None of us individually has enough data to draw strong conclusions. However, when we bring together observations from many people, patterns may begin to emerge. Those patterns can then be explored further through discussion, surveys, and background research. Our goal is to: - ✅ Share experiences, observations, and practical tips - ✅ Learn from each other's successes and challenges - ✅ Identify potential patterns that may be worth investigating further - ✅ Review available research and literature where relevant - ✅ Build a growing, community-driven knowledge base Over time, we hope to accumulate more observations, improve the quality of our insights, and create summaries that benefit everyone in the community. Above all, this community should be respectful, curious, supportive, and enjoyable. Observations are starting points for discussion, not proof. Together, we may discover connections that would be difficult to identify alone.

New Videos
I started a video series about the connection between symptoms and food intake. I will present more of these cases where it helps to avoid some food and then the symptoms become better. Sometimes it needs more time. I started with 2 cases, one describes a case where migraine severity was influenced by food, in another case a patient had bleeding coming form the intestine, which stopped with a certain diet.
Welcome
Welcome to 2 more members! Still not going on much, I went online with the YouTube channel now, building a knowledge base. Best wishes, Christian
